Format
  • All matches will be the best of three games to Badminton World Federation (BWF) 21 points with rally-point scoring system.
  • The competition shall be played initially in groups, followed by a knockout draw.
  • Initially, the sixteen players shall play in four groups of four, where all players in a given group play each other. A final overall ranking order for each group shall be achieved.
  • The draws for the knock-out stage of the Competition shall be done immediately after the last match of the group play is over.
  • The two top-ranked players from each group will qualify for the Championship knock-out stage.
  • The 3rd and 4th ranked players from each group will be drawn into the Consolation knock-out bracket.
Eligibility Must be U16 (15 years old or younger).
*Must be 14 years old or younger as of December 31, 2023 (birthday in 2009 or later).

  • Asia:Indonesia, Korea, Thailand, Japan (2 slots for Japan, 1 slot for Yamagata Prefecture, 1 slot for Tsuruoka City)
  • Europe:Spain, Scotland, Denmark, France

Awards Winners, Runners-up, Semi-Finalists, Consolation winner. No matches will be played to determine 3rd/4th place.
